Becoming and admin on the TTG takes time and effort and can not be rushed, You must have some experience with the job and be fair and willing to help at all times. It is like having a job without pay, You have to be on many times a day and need to always be willing to stay later. You will run into many problems and troubles of the general public that you need to solve. If you cannot fulfill your job, it will be taken away. Simple.
