Xbox Freeze Problem

So I modded my account with everything. (characters/rank/skins/). I did it myself with Horizon and my xbox has frozen up a few times. I wanted to know if anyone has had the same problem and how to fix. If anyone could let me know it would be really appreciated anyones help. Thanks in advance

Remove the medals to just 1 of each and the ribbons.

If it has had an update delete it an re download it, it will make you re download it before you can go online
