In multiplayer i can only join people they cant/wont join me any help?

Hi! I had the same problem, I found out that in order for you to be able to join 'em you:
1. Have an OPEN NAT
2. Have the same part of the story as you
3. SOMETIMES have the same level range

Hope this helps!
