Its ok... not a big fan.
I thing the top is too cluttered, the texture on the video box bit but then plain on the bottom looks a bit strange and the logos are quite hard to see and look slightly blurred. Last thing, i think you should take the effect off the text so it looks clean.
What i like:
Nice colour choose;
pretty unique design;
nice background texture and glow.
