okay, right i have a laptop with a built in webcam and its saying "the webcam is not installed" can some one please help me

maybe its a separate program that need to be installed, why dont you check the prgrams on your pc

Have you updated the drivers, and checked in the Device Manager to see if it's in fact not installed?
