Just get a pc, they're much cheaper to upgrade.

PCs are awesome unless you want something slim and easily breakable then go with a Mac

You're both wrong. They are both well built machines, it's these idiotic users that keep breaking them.
OP: I prefer Apple products for laptops and phones, and I prefer PCs for desktop computers and gaming rigs.

There are many of us here who are against macs, here is some quick reasons why.
Over priced - You could build the same spec for better then half price
Inferior components - They dont use the best spec hardware, this will come back to bite you when it breaks.
Build Quality - There not build amazingly, they overheat and altho may have a touch case are still very breakable.
In short, build your own PC. Much better choice.
