First: Go on Fifa Ultimate Team.
Second: Go to play a match.
Third: Press Single Player.
Fourth: Advance and choose your opposing team and kits (Doesn't Matter)
Next: Go to Team Management, Then Quick Tactics, Change all the weird writing to default or whatever you would like.

There you go no more freezing!
