I completely agree with the first few sentences, the rest of your rant seemed to get jumbled and repetitive. I don't see what the examples prove at all.

that is doesnt matter of how much posts you have, it is the Usefullness of the post or the Quality

just because somebody has been on for only maybe 1 month and has over 1K of posts
they are active with making Quality Posts

so dont go on Saying that Everybody with 1K + and only a month on is a Spammer!

Well are they quality posts or just a bunch of 20202020 crap? I don't rate someone badly just because they have a lot of posts. It's just if they were helpful or not.
