Hello everyone on TTG, ive been looking around at some Smartphones and am really stuck ! (n) .... I am looking to buy a new smartphone by the end of October.

I am going to be locked on a rogers phone because my old contract hasnt run out for my crappy cell. But i will be restarting the contract, and wil get the phone for cheap !

EVERYONE please post below what i should look into purchasing, maybe the iphone 4s , HTC EVO 3D, Some other Android ? LET me know what you all think below. THANKS !

Windows Phone 7... the new Mango Update is out... and it's simply amazing, I love my Samsung Focus.

Screw Apple, and Android. They are overrated, simple as that.

if your on AT&T and you are running low on $$ iPhone 3GS is free now.

If you want a powerful, customizable phone, it looks like the Galaxy S would be your best bet. If you just want something cheap and simple (for a smartphone) that works great, the Samsung Focus (runs WP7) would be good.

It's too bad that you can't switch carriers. Rogers seems to have a shitty selection.

EDIT:
Okay, maybe the Focus isn't very cheap if you aren't getting a new plan. But I've still heard good things about it.

ive been looking deeply at it, i havent had an iphone yett, so im very interested. I actually want the white one.

I didn't see the GSII, just the normal Galaxy S. But if they have it and you can afford it, buy it.
