Hey guys I just got my HD PVR and I want to know what the hell is up with this quality.
So I recorded and now when I upload its only 360p.

Why did you render in only 480p? It can go up to 1080p. Use Sony Vegas to render in 1080p.

Go into the side settings in total media and make sure it is set on Best Quality.
Also, if you have Sony Vegas, render it in there in HD.

It matters about your TV too. it has to be HD to get a good outcome. If you have a Dinosaur TV, The quality is going to be shit, no matter how you render it
