In response to that, what would the point be in setting it to 9,999,999 when max xp is around 3.8 mil? it would be a bit overkill don't ya think? On a side note, I feel you may have totally taken what I have said the wrong way, bro I love horizon, I have bought diamond and I plan on buying it again, most of the tools are worth the money, I just feel that this game in particular (forza 4) should have mods available to all for free, there is no need for animosity between us

Will it be for free? I love horizon, but sometimes I think it is unfair that you have to pay for the mod tools.

I think you just dont have knowlege to use Horizon and thats why you say it sucks. Horizon is the best modding tool out there ATM.
