Here are a few ways:

1. Don't answer

2. Threaten to call the police and say you will have them trace their number if they call back.

3. Just go along with the prank call. Always makes it more boring for the other person.

Its pissing me off because they keep saying they know my family and where I live.

just call your carrier(sprint, at&t, verizon) and ask them to look it up and block it.

some phones(like my old samsung rant) actually have a blocker in the settings to block unrecognized numbers(meaning blocked numbers). have a look you might find it look in your manual if you still got it haha xD
