The thing is, my dad used the credit card to pay for my 1 year, but then it expired and he had to buy another one, so I asked if he could buy ms points for me, he did and he used the one that was new and now i've been suspended because I haven't updated my information, and I tried to click on the new credit card but when I sign out and sign back it still says i'm suspended.

Any help?

Just call Xbox support, this is not something anyone on a forum can solve for you.
