Combat stats yes you do. I do not see your dung lvl. You will need 85 dung to get to Frost dragons.

Im not sure was planning on Nezzy helm, Ammy of Glory, Torag plate, Veracs Skirt, RoW, Combat brace, rapier, Idk for shield, dragon Boots.

I would recommend getting your prayer to like 70, if not, like what -HeyItsThatKiDHere- stated, you will need to bring a lot more prayer potions. Also, I would recommend having a semi-high Summoning level to have at least a Terrorbird to bring extra food and potions.

i have 47 summoning..im working on terrobird...and ill invest some money in prayer to.. thanks for the tips.

for shield use a prayer book. (you don't need a anti shield it has no effect, but bring antifire pots.)

I woulden't recommend it cause of your low prayer. but if you'd rather just bring an extra pot yeah.

I'd recommend experimenting between items.
