signed into the PSN and everything, then when I click "play online" it goes to a screen that should be there for about 10 seconds with Online Status saying "Fetching Playlists... Updating Rank and Unlocks... Connecting to Matchmaking Server. Then it sticks here

It does this to me normally after 7pm gmt time everyday.. before that i can play fine.

Any idea on how to fix this?
