You aren't tampering with anything, it is a glitch on Microsofts own account.
You aren't violating anything in the Terms and Agreements.

Just looks like a way to get banned... people get banned all the time for glitching in zombies...


That is a big difference.
Glitching in zombies is basically finding a way to cheat.
You are finding holes in the game to exploit it for an unfair advantage.
That is against their terms and agreements.

On this glitch.
You are exploiting a glitch in the system but nothing is being harmed or giving you an unfair advantage.
They are similar in a way though.

Because you are getting items or membership for free! AKA Stealing which is against the law and can get you thrown in jail for how bad it was! DUH! :facepalm:
