Unfortunately this does not work.
The xbox rep said they cannot generate online codes where they are and you will need to call them.

He might of gotten lucky..
i mean, not every MS employee gives you the beta/adam fenix IO codes when you call them on the phone.
So maybe, you got unlucky.. and that guy got lucky.
Don't know.. but i think it's best to just call them up.
