i have an idea i dont have a slim but this might work.
step1-hot swap your old xbox with a cod5 iso(or any game).
step2-use a transfer cable to transfer the installed game and there.

I dont know if you can already do this i just thought of it. and can someone try it out.

as the other guy said, you can already hot swap and anyways this wouldnt work because when you install it, it installs to the like the xbox id and hardrive so if you transfer it over it will just say, play it on the xbox you installed the game to
