I had removeable braces.. but just takes sandwiches, but keep the filling soft. cheese spread is good.

Best advice, just look for the softest food item, and eat it in small bites.
Or bring food from home :|.

Lol. I just got my braces off literally today, Just eat anything that is soft, cereal is not soft, for breakfast, instead, eat eggs. But for every other meals eat something that you like that is soft. Hope I helped.

I eat fruity pebels and let them soak a little bit so they are softer.
But i was thinking maybe just a portien shake or somthing?
