Well, to start off last month in September I was suppose to be charged $9.99 on Sept. 1

But instead they sent me an email saying "Error unable to charge account..." I had $50 in that account for Microsoft, so why would they do that? Then 10 days later they sent me the exact same message. Finally on Sept. 26, I had no money in that account, and they charge me $9.99 completely out of the blue. I was very pissed off at this.

So now I would assume they would charge me on Oct. 26 or very close to that since this is suppose to be a monthly cycle.

Again completely out of the blue, today, Oct. 16 they randomly charge me EARLY? Why in the world would they charge me again, no where near my next billing date, and again I don't have money in there...

I'm definitely gonna call them, but has anyone else had this type of issue like this...

I've talked to support on this before and here's how it works. There are 2 dates when it comes to billing for your subscription. The first is your renewal date. This is the anniversary of the date that you purchased your Xbox Live subscription. The second date is your billing date, which is not the same as your renewal date. The billing date actually falls on the anniversary of the day of the month you created your Xbox Live account.

So it can work like this: You create a free Xbox Live account on the 1st of the month. You purchase a Gold subscription on the 15th of the month. When your renewal comes around, your subscription will renew itself of the 15th of the month, but it will not charge until the 1st of the following month after that. It's a weird billing system, but that's how it works.
