its mostly cod players that use the sawed off the gears vetrans with skill will stick with the gnasher

Tbh both games are good but i would rather play gears of war because in my veiw cod game have been ruined and arn't like they used to be , also gears has a EPIC ! story since gears one came out and online got much better

You think GOW3 is a rip off of COD?

How is it a rip-off?

Does COD have a assault rifle with a chainsaw? Don't think so.
Can you charge at people with a little bayonet at the end of your gun on COD? Didn't think so.
Is COD a third person shooter? Didn't think so.
Can you choose what character you want to play as in COD multiplayer? I don't think so.
Are the maps similar to GOW3? I don't think so.

In what way is GOW3 similar to COD? Tell me that.

There is never anything different about cod it's the same gameplay over and over again if cod actually did make there graphics better and not make them look like cartoon then maybe I would consider it.

Cod & Gears <3 , Both Amazing, You Cant Just Have Time For 1 Game.. And If You Think Horde And Beast Suck, You Need To Get Your Head Checked , GTFO. Just My Opinion..

Gears Of War can't be compared to CoD and that also means for BF3

I'd have to disagree with almost everything you said. CoD stays the same hasn't changed one bit in 5 years. Survival mode is not new either.

Well I am playing Gears of War 3 right now and I have yet to see ANYONE using the Sawed-Off. Also if you get mad over someone shooting you with a sawed-off shotgun, why don't you shoot them from farther away with a Lancer or a Longshot?
