Go to Minecraft.Net and go to profile and click the option to.

1) Go to Minecraft.net and hit the "Profile" Tab

2) Next, go to "Choose File" and search for the skin i made.

Then hit "Upload"

The next time you startup minecraft, you will have your desired skin!
