This may be old, or this may be new. I don't know, but I will share it with you.
Haha, that rhymed. Anyways, my friend asked me a riddle, and I am so confused.
(It doesnt matter if you are using US dollars or euro)

A t-shirt you want cost $97, but you have no money. You borrow $50 from your mother and $50 from your father. You buy the shirt, and have $3 leftover.(100-97=3) With that $3, you give $1 to your mom, $1 to your dad, and you keep $1 for yourself. Now you owe your mom $49 and your dad $49. Sooooooo..
$49 you owe your mom + $49 you owe your dad + your own $1 = $99 ($49 + $49 + $1 = $99)
So, where is the last $1 bill to make the total $100?

Never mind i got it.


You got 100 from mom and dad. Shirt cost 97. That leaves 3. You still owe parents 100. If you pay each parent 1, then you owe parents 98. You keep the 1 which if subtracted from 98 that u still owe leaves 97...which is price of shirt.
