Hey guys.

Something no to ideal has happened!
Someone has got a hold of my account details.
My password has been changed so I can't sign in.
When I go to reset password it says I don't have enough evidence im the owner of the account!

Im so mad, can anyone help me?
Like what does a Keylogger do does it get the details?
Can I phone Hotmail from the Uk? If so can anyone provide me with the number?

Guys who help, will get +Rep, DO NOT Send a suggestion if I have already tried that!

It's in the name.
It logs everything you type and sends it to the person that it's coded to. But you don't know you have a keylogger. You could have a RAT or something else.
