type it in the search button. but anyway outbox means they havnt opened it yet i believe.

I think outbox will show items that you have sent as well as ones that you have tried to send but failed. And sent box will only display items that have been successfully sent.

Not 100% sure on that though.

Outbox means they have not read it yet.

Sentbox they did read it.

Outbox means that the person has not read it yet.
SentBox means they have read it.
