You sure? Is it a federal or state law? Cause I've already dont research on DMV's website and it didnt say anything about that...
State, every state has different limits. This is Texas.
Yeah, im in Pennsylvania. Plus that doesnt make sense... Standard and Motorcycle licenses have different requirements, so the license for 6 months would be pointless.
