My excuse was my brother must have done it because i am out most of the time at work and cant keep tabs on what hes doing and hes banned from my xbox now so he cannot exploit EA haha

customer support dont help that much so i suggest calling them as they will tell you if they will permanent ban you or unban you and i explained the situation they said they will unban me for the moment pending further investigation
