"capture video bit rate is 300. frame size is 640*480. when using this frame size, the video bit rate should be between 1578 and 8838."???????

~can anyone help out, im using easy cap and its not letting me record because of the problem above, I will give rep for anyone that will help!!!

use the frame size 1280 x 720 that should work
