    -Flyable Plans (All planes not just small ones)
    -Destructible Environments.
    -Tons new guns
    -Character Full Customization
    -Full Houses
    -Buyable Land
    -Gang members
    -Fighter Jets
    -Skate Boards
    -BMX Stuff
    -Jobs (Police Etc.)
    -Many Cities
    -Modify Cars
    -Modify Planes
    -Modify Clothes

i got a feelin this game is goin to be good and i have san andreas i bought it on the game marcketplace but the bad thing is thats the only one

A digitally remastered GTA: San Andreas. If not, at least be set in San Andreas.
