i dont think it is possible to do it atm on black ops, sorry :/

You cant Prestige in combat training, every glitch found so far has been patched :/

Pretty sure its patched, but the old way to do it is:
2 people in an online lobby, "you" not the host
You stay on your playercard on editting your playercard
The leader of the party switches to combat training
You click "prestige" more info continue etc.
