you can get still play online if you get banned, someone posted it on here yesterday. Just search for it i guess, i cant remember how you do it but i know that you can.

Step 1. Sign On To Your Banned Account.
Step 2. Go To Gear Of War 3
Step 3. Go To Versus Standard
Step 4. It Should Say "Your Current Gamer Profile Settings Do Not Allow Playing Online Games.To Continue, All Players Must Have Settings That Allow Online Play.
Step 5. Click "A" and Sign Out
Step 6. It Should Bring You Back To The Main Menu
Step 7. Sign Back In And Click Versus Standard And Your Not Banned Any More

NOTICE: You Must Do This Every time You Go On Gears Of War 3
