First of all, before everyone starts hating, I know this is a very easy thing to do, I also know that most of you may know how to do it. But this is just to help the people who can't do it.
Step 1: Download "Universal Theme Patcher" from this link: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
It should look a little something like this once opened.

Click "Yes" and then you will get the option to Patch three individual files, click patch on each of them and then you will get a notification saying it has been patched successfully, please restart your computer, go ahead and restart.
Step 2: Now you will need to find a Visual Style, I suggest looking at this website for them: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I am currently using the theme "Elune", I shall go by this theme, you can of course pick your own. Link for Elune: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Step 3: Once downloaded your theme, head over to your "Themes" folder, which is located at: Start > Computer > Local Disk (C: ) > Windows > Resources > Themes. Once you have located your folder, go into the "Themes" folder of your download theme and drag the folder "Elune" with it's visual styles which care called: Elune 1 (Bottom), Elune 1 (Top), Elune 2(Bottom), Elune 2 (Top), Elune 3 (Bottom), Elune 3 (Top), this will be different for whatevere style you download. Once you drag it into the folder it should look something like this:

Step 4: Now you need to "Take Ownership" of your file called "ExplorerFrame.dll", which is located in the System32 folder.
You can google how to do this, since there are many ways, but you can also use this handy little tool: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
NOTE: Before you do this, please make sure you create a .backup file of the ExplorerFrame incase there is some sort of instability.
Go to the "System Files" folder in the ZIP file you downloaded, pick whichever your operating system is, x86 or x64, then drag the ExplorerFrame.dll file into the System32 folder. (Please be careful whilst in this folder, it is vital to your computers functionality).
Step Five: Restart the computer and pick the theme you want in the "Personalize" menu, by right-clicking the desktop.
Also.. If you would like to change your start orb there is a program in the "Tools" folder of the Elune theme which is called "Orb Changer". Extract that file to your desktop, run as administrator and change it to the image found in the "Start Orb" folder.
This is my first ever written up tutorial, sorry if you get lost at places and as I said, most people already know this.
