Hey TTG, I would like a custom made DESKTOP BACKGROUND.

I WOULD LIKE AN IMAGE MANIPULATED DESKTOP BACKGROUND, IF YOU CAN DO THIS I SHALL PAY $20 INSTEAD OF $15!

I am getting a new laptop for work as my current one doesn't have a disk drive, so I thought I may as well get a new custom desktop background along with it to make it look that extra bit stylish.

Cash Prize;

(I'm not sure if that's too much or too little, I don't know about graphics prices)

--IMAGE DESIGN--
Okay, the image in the link will be used for the background.
The background of the image (the Clouds & Sky) will be mountains with snow on.
Behind the mountains will be a huge moon will be a huge moon with the awesome face inbedded into it.
For the road, I will make it look like a stream/river but the road marks will remain visible for the full effect.
Then place a man rowing a boat on the water

I need this to be completed by the 29th of this month 29/10/2011 (DD/MM/YYYY) as that is the day after I get my new laptop.
I will also need the Photoshop/Cinema 4D file for the finish design as the year will need changing in just over a month.
