for people who play game battles, me and my friend was playing a match (SnD) we were 2-3 down and i got first kill shortly after this, the game lags and he host left? but they still class as there win? we won the next match and and lost the last 1 but surly they can't claim that first victory (i have proof of what happened) Game recording shows when i kill him he waits then leaves? we all lag, and when he invites us back he's started the next match?

so can i claim this is the dispute or what?

No they Cannot You would have to redo the first game just dispute and show proof you should get the win
