ok so i just tried modding my controller and it didnt really work.. so i have a few questions that if any body could answer i would apreciate dearly..
It does say TP3 (when you open the controller it says TP2 farther to the left) but it is a little under the controller case, but it is seeable from where the battery pack is removed.. just a little more to the inside the controller to the left.

1. does the push button have to be normally closed or open? because when i pushed it it didnt fire and when i didnt push it it did fire.

2.is it supposed to single shot when i touch the wire to the LED? after soldering the first wire to the middle of the three prongs, i went and tested it out by touching the other wire to the LED and it just single shot instead of fully auto firing.

3.Is it possible that the resistor is on the back? Even though my controller says TP3 on it... the resistor is not in the middle of the front of the circuit board. but when i flip it over theres something that looks exactly like it on the back to the left of the black box in the middle. i believe it is the resistor but i am not sure..

4. if the resistor does happen to be on the back.. would that effect anything? if the answer to question 3 is yes, wuld that make it so that my controller cant be modded?
