My Brother was playin mw2 when someone on this forum said he could system link him 10th prestige so he sent him the info and yea is there anyway you guys ould help call microsoft they gave me his email and thats about it!!!

Um, Send password reset to your recovery email. Why would you make a Windows Live account without making a recovery email?

go to passport.net and say you forgot your password and enter your email and answer your SQ or go to your email to reset your password

No but they switched the email to there email and now i have no way of getting it back so yea luckily no charges were made!!

call microsoft and tell them - it took 3 months to get my account back but i got it back !
