Yeah you should have 7 days to return it for your money back.

I'm not sure, some of them are different

Try reading the receipt, Usually there will be a little message at the bottom.

If you explain to them why you would like to return it I went see there being a problem. But they could say that like if it's already been open and played there is no way to refund it...

They can't give you a refund but they can replace it.

with gamestop you will get trade in credit which will be like $30 or more. they wont refund it all because they think that you might have just pirated the disc then brought it back. they would never know so you will most likely get trade in credit. and i suggest puttin it toward MW3

You Can Trade It In, But As Soon As You Peel Off The Sticker On The Side Of The Case You Can't Return It.
