Dont do the delete method unless you ask them to make you a new account or something like that otherwise you loose everything.

I had an adviser who I think was called shelly, she told me unlinking wasn't an option but she could change name or delete the account

didnt work for me, spoke to 3 different people from customer services and they all said they cant do anything to my banned account.
