if i put the modded nazi zombie iso straight to my hdd from a transfer cable will it work for modded zombies?

if so where would i put it? i cant find the spot i could put it.

I don't hotswap, I don't really mod anymore, as a matter of fact I don't really play xbox anymore. I don't know what the answer is to your question, I just had to get the above comment in. It wont hurt to try.
