I hope this tutorial helps you out i am not going to tell what to say but say things similar to what i said trying to get the code in the pictures below. Remember though you to have a attitude but not a mean one towards the person your talking to but pretend you didn't get what you paid for and BE SURE TO TELL THEM YOU WENT BACK TO THE RETAILER WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT AND THAT THEY COULDN'T REFUND YOU or this will work if you don't tell them that.
