You get Reputation Points from other people. Your Rep Power is the max amount of points you can give to another user.
Normal members can give a max of 25 Reputation Points.
Gold Members can give a max of 50 Reputation Points.
100 Reputation Points = 1 Rep Power
And the other main way of getting Rep is by posts:
25 Posts = 1 Rep Power
You get Reputation Points from other people. Your Rep Power is the max amount of points you can give to another user.
