What?

They wouldn't waste a key vault.

A key vault gives you the ability to go online. He could just go into the game and do it himself then.

If he wants it done via System Link, then that's a different story.

U need a KV to derank no matter what. And they have to recover their accounts while there on the KV

You don't need a kv to derank yourself you can do it offline and you can use your regular xbox to recover account and use on the transfercable to to put the recovered gt onto the jtag hdd.

THEN RECOVER ACCOUNT GO SYSTEM LINK THEN DEREANK TO 7TH

NOT THAT HARD.
