Text Tutorial,

1st: Go to dashboard then select system settings/Console settings/language-Local/Local-Select singapore.

2nd: Load up Blackops and put your Prefences on Local Only

3rd: Tell your friend to repeat all up until this point

4th: You will lag your game until you get into a game by yourself and then tell your friend to join.
