It took so long, but it worked for me
I used this line: "Im sorry, but my account recently got hacked. These "personas" you speak of, are not created by me, nor do I know what you are talking about. One of the previous advisers i spoke to told me that i could give my Online Pass code to you and that would verify me."
It worked a treat!

load up Fifa and it should ask you enter a new email? for me I just got it transferred so the adviser done all that for me.
