you have a point my friend i was consoled banned recently didn't know what i did wrong i called Microsoft and they said they cant give me any information the thing is i only got that new console 2 and half weeks before i was banned

That's what I mean, if they can't provide you the reason's to why you're banned how do you know what you did wrong/if you even deserved a ban.

It would be nice if they changed the handling a bit, some employes abuse their power.

They don't need to provide any proof and they can ban you even when you haven't done anything. All companies have the right to refuse service even if you haven't done anything. And hen they ban your console that's essentially what they're doing.
