Hey i just moved my xbox account to my usb stick (This removes it from the xbox hard drive) and when I put it into my laptop it began to wipe my files because it had to update or configure. It deleted all my files including my xbox account and I have looked in recycle bin and nothing is there... I can not recover it because it says my credentials are incorrect

IT SAID TO ACCESS A FOLDER WHERE IT STORED MY FILES BUT CAN'T FIND IT
Help!!
