Yes, this is another rant, and yet again, this one is more specific then the last, but of the same caliber!

The Man who could not read 2 : The public forum.

Yes it's true, once again someone forgot their reading glasses and ended up posting in the wrong section, to the point where his post was so irrelevant to the category that it must have been intentional, or a serious lack of educational value is at play here!

It's midnight and I'm a little irritable, but this is just straight ridiculous.
