people are saying tht borderlands is amazing and they are telling me to get it shell i get it or not.

I have had it since the first month pf its release, its a very good game. Make sure you have friends to play with u though

Yeah it's pretty amazing to be honest.
Especially if you're into USB modding.
It'll take a while but if you try you can get super good at modding.
Other than that the story line is amazing. Your progress is the same weather you're online or off.
Which means you'll be at the same part in the campaign weather you're in multiplayer or single player.
Throughout the campaign there are side missions you can complete for extra XP and what not. If you just want to quickly get through the campaign you can just skip the side missions.
There are different classes that you can choose from also. You can have fun playing through the campaign all 4 times if you decide too.
There are an amazing amount of guns as well, so you'll always be out on the look for new weapons that will improve your experience.
Another thing that the game has to offer is four DLC's. They are amazing to be honest, Secret Armory and Zombie Island are probably the ones worth getting first, They are all four worth it in the long run.
