False... If the crime is bad enough you can be tried as an adult I knew a guy who killed his girlfriends mom and was given 40 years as a 17 year old... But in this case no the guy would go to jail if he is >18 years old. He may get a fine but that's about it

Imagin just minding your own business, jtagging a few 360's and then all of a sudden i pile of Special Agents just knock down your door and arrest you?

While these cops and agents go and arrest people that modify shit like the 360 and ps3, they could be out arresting drunk bogans or robbries or some crapity crap like thta?

jeez whats with todays cops? all we are trying to do iz just have fun playing on a homebrew 360 They should go out and fight real crimes
