depends i think the two routers would work but its possible that each adress has its own ip so any router in that house at that adress could have the same ip

Its alot of effort for them to ban peoples IP's i doubt they will do that.

I very much doubt they'd IP ban as that sounds pretty illegal. Simply because people share xbox's/IP's so it would be effecting an innocent person.
